Taking out the matching drive bezel

My Lian-Li V1000 came with a front drive (optical drive) bezel, which I don't want but I have no clue how to take it off. I looked at it very carefully but I can't figure out how to take it out. Anyone have this case and can help me out?
 
Yeah I see that, and I removed the two screws, but there's no way to actually take it out. You can't take it out the front, since it is shaped sorta like: _,------,_ as opposed to the traditional ,------, shape and the tabs on the sides prevent it from being taken out the front.
