Taking out my Water Cooling System

I'm taking out my Water Cooling System because it is kinda loud. So I need a Case Fan, but for the Processor should I get a Heat Sink or Fan? Its a AMD 2600+, The Mobo is Asus A7V333.

Whats loud about your watercooling setup? pump? too many fans? Id never go back to the noise of air cooling.
