taking multiple vitamins/pills a day

ive recently started adding some vitamins into my diet. they are:

1 multi-vitamin
1 flaxseed
2 fishoil
1 gingko biloba


im wondering if it really matters if i take these together or if its better to take them throughout the day.

I take all my stuff in the morning. a multi, flax, glucosomine, echinacea, goldenseal, C, and a B complex.

I don't think it matters too much either way. It's probably a good idea to take them with food though. I like taking vitamin c and green tea caps also.

I would only take vitamins once every other day max. A lot of studies have shown to much of some vitamins can increase some things like heart attacks and strokes. Yet there has not been any good studies that have shown vitamins to help those that are healtly and/or not having children.


Fish oil everyday might be ok if it is body fish oil, not cod liver. Cod liver has very high doses of VitA. Fish oil will thin your blood a little. So if that is a bad thing for you, health condition, then talk to your doctor first.
