I used to work from 2:30-11 when I was working in a locked Psych hospital and I loved it. We would always go out after work and during the day its easier to get errands done.

My gf works morning generally, and sleeps by 11 or so, If I work till 10 (which is close), ill most likely be getting off @ 10:15 to 10:30 everynight, 10:45 by the time I get home. All my friends work morning. And most of family. If I get off @ 10:30, i sit in my house and cant sleep till 3 or 4 am everynight, so I won't take up till 1, be to work @ 1:30.

I have worked the schedule before, but with better days off, and still hated it.

Having split off days sucks. I had to do this once, and I worked the night shift at the same time. It was the suckiest schedule ever. I complained and eventually got out of it because I threatened to leave. But sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
