With my Gainward Ti4400...I've already maxed out the Coolbits hack at 690mhz. Is there any utility out there that will let me take the memory higher?

Go in to the registry and find the Nvidia hardware folder. Copy the Krusty value to the Bart value.

:D Above 690mhz! Hey man that's only a 25% RAM increase ... if you want I can get you a nice 4200 card which can o/c ... damn it even the best 'standard' 4200 cards (ie not 4400 priced) can either get from 500 to 600 (3.6ns 64MB 20% increase) or from 444 to 550 (4.0ns 128MB 24% increase) so you still exceeded them in %'age terms. Still if you want a core which can go higher than your 4400 (%'age wise over default clock) then I'll let you have my 4200 ... LOL!

;) That's one great 4400 you've got there, what's the ns rating of the RAM? Anyway to get to your point you can try the other GF o/c'ing tools like RivaTuner, NVtweak, Powerstrip, NVmax etc although there should be some kind of file or reg edit to enable highe speeds in Coolbits. (More likely the Marge and Apu calues IIRC LOL!)
