taking cpu and heatsink off mobo

i have an intel c2d e6400 and im trying to remove the heatsink off an old mobo...unfortunately i cannot find the installation papers so i have no idea how to rmeove this thing...there are 4 lock things on each corner...one is out the other 3 wont budge or do anything no matter wat i do....help please

Did you rotate the pegs at each corner?
