taking classes over the summer

if I go out of this state.... and stay up north the entire summer, is it difficult to take summer classes as a transient student?

I was originally considering taking couple summer classes at my home institution but i think I'm going to get away from this city and state for some time.


These are all the universities that are in the surrounding area if I do decide to go up north


towson
morgan state
loyola
johns hopkins
georgetown
notre dame





how can i take some summer classes as a transient at any of these institutions?
I would call but they are all closed. I checked their websites but couldn't find any info.
I would like to know if it's possible to take classes before I decide to go up north.
