Go to smalls claims court, and make sure you have all your paperwork in order. You don't need an attorney; if you have the paperwork which you say, you will win.

If you go on a nationally syndicated show like "Judge Judy" to share your story in court, the producers pay you for all your fees up to a certain amount, regardless of the TV-court outcome. (if you went to dispute with your roommie, the court would pay you the money even if you lost)

I know this guy who owed money to his mom, took her to court on TV (not Judge Judy, but another one), and the court ruled in his mother's favor but paid what he owed her (I think it was $3,000). They both knew what was up, and played along (yelled at each other in the courtroom, etc.) to keep the producers happy.

Fcuk that, just throw her shiznit out on the front lawn/sidewalk.
