Taking a little road trip - made it back home <<**PICS ADDED**>>

Well with the exception of Reno there is a Whole lot of Nothin out there.
And do keep in mind that in KS, CO, NE and WY they tend to close the roads due to snow.
 
There's nothing in the midsection of america. Be sure you have an emergency kit when you go through theresince there can be NOTHING for miles and miles!

Yeah, that has crossed my mind about the snow situation...

However, I do suppose that would make things more interesting. I need another flash card for the camera😉

I didn't choose it. That is were we have to deliver the goods too. We might swing over to SF on the way back...we'll see.

Make sure your union loving arse flips the bird northward my way as you cross the I-80/680 intersection in Omaha 😛

BTW, there's a wireless AP in a rest stop between Iowa City and Des Moines.

If you layover in Omaha be sure to PM me. I'm already possibly hosting another ATOT member this weekend, I'd grab a beer with another.

no it's not a true "roadtrip"🙁 it's more like a job i guess...anyways I haven't been out west for a few years now.

I-80 from Iowa? Ugh. We made the trip from Michigan to Sacramento, CA a few years back. I hope that you're ready to see a whole bunch of nothing for a few hours! 😉
 
I am using a V551 as a modem. I have it connected to my Dell 700m via BT.

I am using Cingular for this trip...so far, I am very pleased.
