In the image below, I'm just curious if this diagram were showing human cells, the circled cell would have 92 chromatids?

Then in the cell that followed, there would be 46 pairs of sister chromatids?

Yes, and yes. Err, wait, by the cell that followed do you mean the same cell entering late prophase, or the two cells following the completion of mitosis? The same cell entering late prophase would have 46 pairs of sister chromatids but the cells following the completion of mitosis would just be 2n (23 pairs of chromosomes).

Thanks for the reply. I was looking just at the "early prophase" and "late prophase" parts of the diagram.
