Not saturated or dissolved...

Its a word i cannot think of ATM

But a rough definition is: saturated to a point where 'something' takes on the properties of the substance.

I think its a more advanced chemical term for dissolve.

You could say "substance A dominates the mixture". Or "the mixture inherits the properties of substance A". That's all that's coming to mind right now.
