taken "handshake" picture by DC, how can i sharpen it?

Hi,

my friend used a digital camera and took some pictures, but forgot to turn on flashes... so the picture became "blur" because of handshake...

so, is there a way to unblur the pictures? is it called sharpening?

hmm... I don't know, can it be done using Photoshop?
please show..

when i use ULEAD iPhoto express, there is an option called "focus" and i sharpen the pictures (by 2), i can only see thicker pixel, nothing really sharpened.

you cannot gaininformation that wasnot there before, sharpen filders will play around with the lichting etc and it wil look sharper, but a really blurry image is beyond rescue.
