Take pictures at a set interval with a USB camera

I thought there was a simple microsoft application (maybe a powertoy) that would take pictures from a USB camera at a set interval and save them. I've been looking but havent been able to find one.

All I want is a simple application that will take pictures at a regular interval from my USB webcam and stick them in a local directory.

Anyone know what the name of the Microsoft application is? If not have a suggestion for a simple aplication that will do this?
