Take pic in locker room

Is it legal for someone to take a pic of you changing int he locker room? I was talking to my buddy in the locker room about this while changing. I told him I think its illegal for some one to bring a camera in and take pics. That bastard got a camera phone and took a pic of me while changing and posted on the Internet! >: (
Since he is my buddy I won't sue him. Lucky I my pants was on. 🙂

Almost every locker room I've been in says no cameras or camera-equipped cellphones.

Yeah, I work at my college's rec center and we have a no cell-phone in the locker room, and obviously, no camera policy. I am not sure but I think it is illegal.

It would be illegal if the gym was using a camera for any purpose in a changing room... but for your buddy or anyone else it wouldn't be illegal just maybe against the gym rules... What would be illegal is if he took a pic of you nude and tried to use it in someway to harm you...
