Take an online hearing test

Me
if you turn it down so you can barely hear it the 4k range drops out.
But is that a function of the headset Im wearing?
I'll have to get somebody else in here

Update
OK after testing 5 other coworkers at the same volume only 1 could hear the 4k level
2 of us couldn't hear the 4k
the other 4 couldn't hear two or more frequencies
The one was told she would need a hearing aid in 10 yrs and she could only hear a couple of them.

Couldn't hear any of them with my right ear unless I turned the volume way up. Couldn't hear the 8KHZ at all eather ear.

OK
Changed headsets and the 4 k showed up and ran the more complicated test
turns out I thought my right ear was bad 'bicycle accident' but it actually hears better than the left but that was in 88 I guess its corrected itself over time cause it was definaly worse for at least a decade there.

I didn't even click on this. I just assumed it was going to get quieter and quieter before blasting me with a zombie scream.

Meh. 8 KHz is nothing 😛. I got a test like a month ago, I can hear up to 22.5 KHz 😀.

(I can sometimes hear the dogwhistles. It hurts.)
