That looks like Enchiladas but pretty yummy. I dont think there will be much today pics if any but people should post whatever food they got.

Yeah, a lower layer had what turned out to be too much mozzarella, and the top layer resultingly didn't have enough, so the sauce shows through too much. It's not something I make often enough to do perfectly, but it was purely an aesthetic mistake. Between five people and another 'main course' of chicken to compete, it disappeared within 20 minutes.

Well I was very sick this weekend so Ill paint you a visual:

After lots and lots of sleep I got up the gumption to go to Jack in the Box and ordered a sourdough chicken club sandwich. The bacon was a little undercooked and the meat not very hot. I ate it then wound up going back to sleep. About an hour later I got back up, raised the toilet seat up and barfed it all back up. It was nasty. There was the jack chese, blackened lettuce (for some reason), the undigested chicken and undercooked bacon pieces. There was the initial hurl, followed by a much larger outflow, with lots of coughing and long strings of mucous protuding from the nose (I had sinuses as well).

ummm, move from the west coast and come to the east coast, the only thing i can think of.

Today seems like a down day for everyone on Anandtech. We got the poop post and the barf post.
