Taisol clip!

Dang!! It just took me like 20 min's to take off and put this clip back on!! How are you guys going about taking this thing out? I use two screwdrivers, one to push the clip down, and one to push it out to the side, but I'm always afraid it'll slip and mess up the circuitry on the mobo. Putting it back on isn't so bad. Any better ideas to remove this sucker?

I just use a flathead screwdriver, and it takes about 10 secs for me to remove the HSF.

Did you put the screwdriver head is the correct place on the clip?
There is a little "thingy" on the clip to put the screwdrive, and once you do that, you just push down, pivot the screwdriver a little and then it comes off.

Serious??? Can't believe I missed it. Which side is it on? The side where the plastic ledge is (where it says socket 462 or whatever it is)? Or the side right next to the cpu?

on the right side dude, if it is on the motherboard:

its on the inside not the outside, on the side of the clip nearest to the heatsink, stick a flat head screw driver in there and push down, that baby will come right off.
