Yes, that should be fine. That Taisol will probably do a good job up to 1.5ghz+...

it's a sweet HS/F (i have it on my tbird 1Ghz) but BE CAREFUL putting it on and ESPECIALLY taking it off

Taisol is a great h/s, but my CPU is 1.0gig. Their web site mentions the h/s with 1.33's. I think it can handle 1.4, but if you want to make sure, either do a search or contact them and ask.

Not surprised. Didn't want to go out on a limb but, like I said, it's a great h/s! 😎

I have that combo (check my sig) My temps are

24c ROOM
23c CASE
39-44c IDLE
<50c LOAD

And this is on the Gigabyte GA-7DXR which tends to give a more accurate (higher) temp reading.

And it is SO much nicer on the ears than my fop-38/delta.

It was easy to fit also, great HS. A little weak, might get a bit bent in the post.

Good 'sink, but I think you'd need a beefier fan to keep reasonable temps above 1.5Ghz...
