Taisol CEK734....Will it fit on an Abit KT7

Just wondering. This thing looks really large and I am not sure if it will fit on this motherboard.

most reviews have said that it fits on most motherboards. the review i read specifically tested it with the asus, but i'm sure it will also fit the abit. anyone with personal experience?

The 734 should fit. I have a chrome orb on the KT-7 (the smaller one designed for it) & it's 60mm wide. The 734 is 60x80. The 60 part is okay, that's the clip side, and it will clear the caps. The 80 might be close to the caps on either side of the socket, but they are a fair distance away. I'll try to measure it exactly when I get home (interested in getting one myself).

i also went for this one over the cek733(60mmx60mm), and it fits the abit kt7 fine..

the 80mm on the sides doesnt interfere with any caps..
