Taisol 742092 will fit in MSI K7t pro2A and Asus A7v133?

These 2 boards have enough room for this Taisol model?

I know the ASUS A7V133 has plenty of room. Not too sure on the MSI though. But I *think* so.

I found out the answer for pro2a. It's too big, you have to modify a bit to use this hs>
