Taisol 742: enough for a 1.4 t-bird? (non-overclocked)

I am using the Taisol CGK742092 Heatsink and Arctic Silver Thermal Paste on an AMD Athlon 1.33 GHz Processor (it is utilizing a 1.68 Volt core voltage) with no stability problems, so I assume that the heatsink may effectively cool a processor which is only about 70 Mhz faster (1.4 Ghz Athlon).
