It's illegal(it has to be), but if it ever happens, most of us will lose job. Why? If we can clone human, than we can clone a humans to do specific jobs. For example, why not clone a human that can just do programming, or design hardwares, the world will be ruled by Biotech companies. Again, some crazy thought ;)

If we can clone human, then...

...are we doing what nature is doing since the first Humans lived.

There are already millions of Human clones walking on this planet.

What if the cloned human does not want to perform his/her 'function.' Wouldn't forcing them or even mass producing them for labor be akin to slavery, which is not only unconstitutional, but also illegal?

I mean if we can "some how" control their genes, than it would be possible.

Again, its a wild idea. Humans have spent billions of dollars researching AI, but humans are the best AI out there. Nothing beats it. ;)

Absolutely impossible. You can't program a living being like you program a computer. Especially a thinking being will always keep learning, which would corrupt any programming you've done on it.

Humans are also multi-tasking, not single-tasking.

Heh, "Taylor Made...". Somehow this conjures up images of either Tim the "Tool Man" Taylor doing genetic manipulation, or that the golf equipment manufacturer will be doing the same. Either way I found it humerous. :) I think tailor-made is what you're after.
