Just remember to drive in slow motion, and what I mean by that is start everything earlier and take longer to do it. If it's braking, start stopping before you normally would, and gently, not slamming on the brakes. If you're changing lanes, do so slowly. (not speedwise but the movement to the other lane)

As long as you don't make any quick movements, you'll be fine. Winter driving really is not bad at all.

Fixed your speleng for ya...

Break is NOT the same as brake...

Hehe thanks, sometimes spelling gets the best of me.

Still not fixed haha. You still have "braks" =P

WTF are you babbling about?
Braking is the correct word. It wouldn't be "brakeing."

I assume you've already left, but if you haven't, if you are unsure of your ability to drive in the snow just remember 3 key things:

1) If you get the chance to stop and clear your vehicle off it would be a good idea. I'm not saying stop every 20 miles, but every hour or so if it's not a hassle to stop. Clear out your wheel wells, clean your windsheild and lights and as much snow from the windows and hood as you can.

2) Take your time. Any adjustment to your pattern (acceleration, turning, slowing down) must be taken with caution and an increased expectency of time to perform the action. No sudden moves. When accelerating wait until you feel traction before picking up speed.

3) Don't be afraid of other cars because you don't want to be worry about them while you should be watching the road, but you're better off just letting fools pass you and offering them help 5 miles up the road when they've put themselves in a ditch. Some people can drive in it, some can't, but driving in a pack of people is like driving in perfectly set bowling pins.

Hope you have fun. We expect pics.
