Tagging MP3s

I'm looking for an app that will allow me to automatically tag MP3 files. I have several MP3s with only the "Track Title" and "Artist" filled in, but the "Album", "Genre", "Track No.", "Year" and so on are not.

Is there a software that will check the CDDB and download the ID3v2 info for every file?

It's not free, but close (20 bucks I think) - MusicMatch Jukebox. It does smart-tagging and will either pull from CDDB, use other users contributed lists if a CDDB record doesn't exist or try to intelligently tag the file based on the filename. It's also a good program for just popping in CD after CD to be ripped to mp3. The interface is a bit "dazzled" but the underlying software is solid.
