Tages DRM...me mad!!!

Couple of years ago I bought STALKER COP and SOC. Installed them on my laptop, played, no problem, no Tages. Bought Clear Skies recently, tried to install on my new computer and got the message the Tages needed to be updated. WTF??? Did not even know what Tages were until I googled it.Did not install the game, needless to say. :twisted:

I never buy games with DRM schemes (except maybe a simple on line registration or Steam activation). I never thought to check CS for DRM because the other two games were DRM free. What...they added this later??
Really disgusted with this, but next time I'll be more careful! Live and learn.

I dunno...as long as I can play the game I'm fine. When it tells you you've installed it too many times and locks you out then I have a problem.

DRM is more like airport security. It hassles law abiding people while the criminals find some other way to wreak havoc. Somehow they always do.
