Tagan U15 or U22

I've decide to try some PSU other than Fortron. In my own way, I've narrowed it down to Tagan U15 and U22. Though the U15 has this cable connect feature, they seem to have virtually identical specs, similar price. But yet they seem to be completely different in engineering and buildup? Does anybody know what's up with this? And which one to get?

i believe the u15 is modular with higher wattage and the u22 is uninterrupted wired. check epowertec.com for u15's intensions.
