you dont wear gloves/shoes in taekwondo?
looks like North koreans, commie taekwondo lol

You never wear gloves/shoes at private dojos, duh 😱
I keep hearing taekwondo isnt the most practical form of martial arts out there, which i am in total agreement. with that being said, taekwondo has one of the deadliest kicks IIRC; give a practitioner 10 years to train himself in any form of martial arts and he will pw0n all other newb practitioners. martial art is all about dedication and (uninterrupted) amount of time you put into it according to 'people in the know'.

the ART is not as important as the EXECUTION.

Bruce Lee for eg, it's not because of how great his art was, it's because of his execution.

I have talked about Olympic's Taewondo being too boring. Beside the last match at the olympics, all those Taewondo players were just running around trying to gain easy-yet-lame points by slapping torso. After all, Olympics' Taewondo is all about winning lame points after points and that it made Taewondo to become something else.
Many people, if not almost everyone, in S. Korea were upset and demaded to change the rule of current Olympic's Taewondo. And, I hear that The WTF is currently fixing the rules so that Taewondo would be more active. Anyway, here's a clip of ITF Taewondo matches; they do have different rules and you can see how ITF matchs are different than the WTF matches.

.ITF match.

35 k/second?

no thanks..

it will take way too long to download that.
