Taco bell.... Healthy?

Let's say I get a 1/2 lb burrito and gordita crunch taco. Original and not Fresco (no cheese/sauce) style. It doesn't seem too far off from Subway BMT and Big mac.

uh, no. Taco Bell might easily be the worst food you can put in your body. Although a Big Mac isn't far off... 😛

Who cares... Eat it and then pay for it later. 😉 Quit eating fast food, and you'll stop worrying about this.

Just ate Burger King's Angus 'Room-Swiss Burger 2 days ago,.
1st time I ate fast food in 6-7 months. It was really good, but I felt sick an hour after eating it.

this is normal because its actually not good, but rather crap.

make an awesome burger next time, not only will it be genuinely good, but you wont feel sick afterwards.

i want to taco bell a few weeks ago, and it was possibly the worst food i've ever eaten at a fast food joint. i hadn't been there in about 6 years and i remember it being MUCH better back then.

I eat it all the time and am very healthy.

Don't believe the hype.

mmmm....gorditas...mmmm

Define "healthy". Thin != healthy.

healthy as in doc saying "you are in excellent health"

Okay, you've just got a perfect body... although I guess we could also define "all the time". Still, I wouldn't recommend really eating Taco Bell or McDonalds very often. Once a week is, of course, fine. But it's full of processed foods just like McDonalds and most other fastfood places.

Agreed, their burritos used to be great, now they're horrible, must have changed suppliers or something.

It often amazes me that people target McDonalds, yet give other, identical fast restaurants a pass.

Folks, the food at McDonalds is no different than the food at Burger King, Wendy's, Hardee's or any other fast food burger joint. And the Food at Taco Bell is just a ground up version of what McDonalds sells.

Good thing about Taco Bell is that you don't get as much of the greasy smell/taste, mostly because they don't cook fries in the joint, if i'm right.

Off Topic... Sometimes you just crave a taco, sometimes you just crave a burrito.. depending if your male or female..

But I crave a chalupa, where does that leave me?

Needing more toilet paper.

No way, I always keep plenty of Cottonelle double-rolls on hand for just such an occasion.

McDonald's is generally targeted because a.) they are the biggest, b.) they have the most pervasive advertising, and c.) they are a fast food icon.

I don't think anybody is saying that Burger King is different from McDonald's in some way. If they think they are, they're fooling themselves...
