You're confused. It is Taco Bell -- "Fire" doesn't describe the taste of anything going into your mouth, it describes the feeling of stuff that comes out of your other end after you've eaten Taco Bell.

I guess it's fair to say it tastes as much like Tex-mex as McDonalds tastes like a real burger. They are what they are.

It is fast food. And for the price, they are on par with some of the best. It is hard to argue that at $0.99, a bean, cheese, and onion burrito is a terrible offense.
