Calculation of SIMAP updates is starting soon.
The calculation of new simap workunits containing new sequences from public databases imported in March 2009 (simap app) and their domains (hmmer app) will start in the evening (UTC) of March 31st.

The race is on!! I just got 3 simap WUs. The other machines are still getting a no work available message, but stuff must be happening.
 
Me too! 3 quads to battle!

I've got a 4th that is just sitting here idling because its got some fancy work software on it... i'm going to hunt down a second hard drive for it so I can install boinc....
 
I have suspended the Milkyway WUs that I was crunching along side SIMAP. It may not be a battle, but it will be a skirmish to remember!
