Looking for a compliment to my soon to be acquired razerblade (pc replacement/gaming laptop).

Would like to read kindle books, watch movies on a plane, have good browsing ability, micro SD slot (movies) ... and possibly win8.1 as then I can have my documents and OneNote for meetings.

Looking at the new Lenovo yoga 2, 10" with bluetooth keyboard and love the price, but seems too good to be true. ... I can't stand long loading times or waiting 2 seconds after pressing a key.

The Asus Transformer Book (t100ta) also looks ok, though older (though has the atom 3775 which is better than the 3745)

Personally I still can't stand the slow performance of even the best Atom chips...especially combined with the typical 2GB of slow RAM. If you also hate slow machines then you may want to look elsewhere.

I have not used any of Intel's new Core M products yet...but they should be notably faster (along with 4GB RAM). Since all the chips cost the same you might as well go for the top M-5Y71. Unfortunately the cost is quite painful (Atom chips are like $30 and the Core M are like $250).

agreed, though I can buy 3 yoga 2s (atom) for the cost of 1 yoga 3 (with the core M). If it was 20% more expensive, then ok, but 300% ...
