tablet pc + dothan, wait or go?

i'm going to request that work buy me a tablet pc. right now i am looking at the toshiba portege m200, which includes the pentium-M processor. i was going to submit the request next week, but if dothan is going to tablet pcs within a week or two, i'll wait.

so, is it it likely that dothan will be in an available tablet pc withn 1-2 weeks around $2500? or will the price will be excessively exorbitant? or will it take a long time before dothan really rolls out?
