Tabbed Browsing in Opera 8.53

I have ten open tabs. Tab number one is the FIRST page. Tab number ten is LAST open page. If I click on tab number five, and close this tab, Opera automatically drop back to tab number one.

How do I configure Opera so it will open tab number six AFTER I close tab number five?
 
OK...same here. I want to keep the original tab and continue to open the other tabs.

Is there a plugin for adblocking? I'd also like to MIDDLE click a bookmark and open it in a new TAB. Possible?
