TA SETI needs you now - TA RC5 members??? Others???

We need your help now in TA Seti.

We have been constantly moving up the ranks of the world teams, now we are in 8th place right behind the Mac team. We are truly nipping at their heels, and will pass them sometime this month. Then we gun for Hardware France!

There is an alarm ringing though due to the BBR team coming up fast behind us.
They have a guy who can pump out a phenominal number of WU's (work units) per day and he has been dormant until just this last week.
Now he has cranked up production again with the name of his account being:

BBR Battlecruiser (TeAm'S nightmare)

Now if that isn't enough to get you guys up in arms then I just don't know what is!!!

They have been gunning to "Beat TA" and "STOMP TA" etc.. ever since we had a competition a year ago in which we soundly (IMHO) put them down.

Now they are about to pass us. I think it's inevitable at this point, however our revenge could be so very sweet!!!

How?

Of course with the aid provided by fellow TeAm members switching their RC5 machines to TA Seti. With all the firepower at your fingertips we could completely blow them out of the water and quickly move up past the Macs and Hardware France!!!

More importanly we need you on the TA Seti TeAm because of your vast DC experience. Your distinctiveness would add greatly to our own... 😉

Come on, we need your help in Seti - consider this an invitation to come help us kick some world class teams butts.

As an old timer in RC5-64, I'm keeping my promise to the SETI Cavelry to work on SETI after RC5-64 ended. Their help in trying to hold off DPC was much appreciated.
 
This should be posted in OT also so that our other projects don't suffer while we try and hold BBR off. We need to grow with new blood not just old blood rearanged.
 
I'm in the process of bringing some P2-350s and some Athlon 700s online just for this reason. They're not the fastest things in the world, but not the slowest either. 😉
 
I doubt the mods would go for posting this in OT along with the recruiting thread.............maybe we could get that thread altered to include some of this 1?

What happened to the recruiting thread? That's what caught my attention and i'm hooked. I'm putting out around 20wu's a day now!!!! If that isn't proof that it helps I don't know what is.

Gotta get that thing back up!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😀😀😀

Well, I managed to get it on 2 DP G4 Macs, and my home Athlon machine. The lack of a quiet mode under *nix is really killer though.🙁
