He's giving group leaders 2 weeks before he decides.

I replied. Safe to say I don't think he'll be coming here. With that type of attitude I doubt he's going to be a very dedicated or loyal teammate anyway.

Folks, as much as I might tend to agree with some of your assessments about the guy in question, those are public forums, and attitude or no, it does us no good to put down somebody who may be looking.

As such, I saw it as an opportunity to welcome anyone who might like to join us, because of our very good attributes of trying to help others no matter who or what they may be.

Hopefully, some other folks will happen across my reply and want to check us out! 🙂

I had a "Coaching and Teambuilding" seminar last week....and this point couldn't have been made more clear! I think networkman hit it on the head! There may be plenty of potential TeAmmates for us to grab from even that post....although I agree that this guy doesn't necessary deserve our attention...much less a place on a true TeAm! 🙂

I see your point but I stand by my comments. That guy is more interested in promoting himself than being part of a team and I don't think his production or WU's are worth his attitude. My guess is he would only be here until the adoration of his new "fans" wore off anyway.

I know, I was just poking fun at that guy (again). I agree with NWM's post but I think that guy doesn't seem to get the point of it. We welcome new members with 0 WU's the same way we welcome members who come in with 4 digits of WU's. In other words, he's not the special prize he thinks he is and if that's what he's looking for in his new team this isn't the place. 😉 😛

The guy only has about 900WUs so I don't really take his attitude as superiority but more like crazyness.
