Yesterday I Found one of my P2-266's which i thought was set to "permanent connection" was holding
67 DP's 🙂 nice little surprise!

After several days I finally know what my system is capable of - 496 DPs.
The solution was to downclock three of the six Duron nodes that are upstairs in my house by 25 MHz. This is due to the Texas summertime heat. The last monthly electricity bill was $300 🙁 No more crashes is better than a higher clock rate that is not reliable, and I can save on my elec bill by using less AC upstairs.

As soon as I reach a little higher on the top 100 list I will probably switch back to RC5 and/or OGR, or maybe not 🙂

The ECCp contest is nice in that you do not need a lot of computing power to reach the top 100. Now if only the ECCp client could send DPs to a local pproxy - that would be nice 🙂
 
Aw nuts! I forgot to flush my Athlon this morning. I've been really under the weather lately and haven't been functioning on a normal level. Oh well, I guess I'll have double stats tomorrow! 😉
