TA Cube questions

ok, due to TA cubes recent competition (and my recent craving for it) i have decided to join, i have been TA for a while, around a month i think, and i dont know how to check either. Now that i have changed my email to tacube's, is there anything else i need to do/know?? are there any certain flush times that are better than others, how do i bind my ip to an email address?? just some answers and some tips would be greatly appreciated, and btw if anyone can help me draft a VERY convincing letter to my HS we may be able to assimilate ALOT of P2-233's, a handfull of p3-450's and a handfull of g4 cubes (gotta love those machines man, they might not have the clock speed but ohhhhh the can crack like no other!) thanks for all the help!

If you want to track your own individual stats, you'll need to flush to our pproxy. To do this, add the following to your ini file, and restart the client:

[networking]
autofindkeyserver=no
keyserver=tacube.teamanandtech.com

Them after you've flushed some blocks, you'll show up by ISP in the By Host section:

how do i get it to recognize my email address??
also how often do stats update?? are they real-time?? (come on we all know im just doing it for the stats,arent u?)

You leave the e-mail address in your RC5 client unchanged at rc5@tacube.com...

When you flush to Russ's proxy, it will recognize your hostname, and that's how it seperate your blocks from others...

The stats are updated once every 1/2 hr...

thanks for the help but that aint my question, perhaps i should have worded it better. ok, on the pproxys stats page there is a plethora of options on how you can view your stats. one of the options is by email, and i was wondering, how do i get my email address do show up there?
