Hi all
I have a T30 IBM thinkpad and recently I got an error 1802 at bootup which say 'Network card not authorized' (or something like that).
I searched the Net and found a no-1802.com DOS program to run which updates a bit on the CMOS. That works fine - I no longer have the stupid message at boot up and can get into Windows XP.
Problem is, my wireless card (Cisco Aironet Mini PCI wireless card) is not being recognized by Windows XP.
When I check under 'Device Manager' in the Control Panel, there's a yellow exclamation mark next to the wireless adapter.
I tried deleting the entry and 'Scan for new hardware changes' - no user.
I upgraded to the latest Cisco drivers and it was also no use.
I'm at my wit's end. Please help, thanks.
