I've started hanging up the t shirts I wear alone. If it goes under a button up I fold it.

I hang all my shirts because I can't fold them... If I could hang pants too I would, but at least they're a little easier to fold than shirts. I'm just an uncoordinated bastard.

When Im fealing really lazy I dont even bring my clothes up from the laundry room. When ever i need something fresh I just go down there and grab something out of the dryer or the basket infront of the dryer. In the event that I actually do bring my clothes up, they just get thrown on the couch or chair. I have a nice big set of drawers, I just dont care.

Why can't you hang your pants?

I fold t-shirts, hang polos. We have a small closet, I don't have nearly enough hanging space for all of my clothes.

T-shirts = hang
Polos = hang
Pants = hang (except jeans, which I fold)
Socks and undies = fold

We have a walk-in closet with far too few drawers and shelves, so pretty much anything that can be hung, is hung, except my jeans, which have a special spot on the floor :) .

fold the tshirts
polos - nice ones hang, the rest fold
pants - hang except for jeans, those get folded

t-shirts/polos/pants just get draped over my comp chair in my room. Dressier clothes get the hangers. socks/undies/undershirts/beaters sit in the laundry basket in my room. I just don't care enough to fold, as I have no one to impress that comes to my apt, so its a bit of a sty.

In theory, fold both. In practice, throw them on the pile in the corner of the room.
