It sounds like they are trying to incentivise me off of FlexPay. If I wanted a damn "plan phone" (with a damn 2-year agreement), I would have signed up for one of those originally.
I already got two calls a month or two ago from my local corporate T-Mobile store, telling me that "I now qualify for a plan". Whoopie.
