t-mobile red tape, anyone have executive customer svc. experience?- *UPDATE - BRAVO!*

DELETING because, as per isekii's suggestion, I messaged the ceo and tmobile on twitter. After that I received exceptional customer service from Ernesto at T-Mobile. Looks like the delay cost me a few weeks in back-orders but they really did the best that they could do as quickly as possible, so grievance revoked.

I believe iPhone pre-orders at T-Mobile are until Sept. 24th.

You didn't really describe your issue, but if you're annoyed at the long hold times with customer service, I would recommend callbacks.
