T-mobile question

My cousin's been getting weird calls from someone and I told her to block the number. She called tmobile and said they weren't able to do it. There any options?

Add the number into the phone book, and change the ring tone for that 1 phone number to silent / ignore or something.

Depends on the cell phone.

But, go into recent calls, received calls, add that one number to your phone book, go into your phone book, then assign a ring tone to it,...... I dunno,....

Tell her to Read. The. Phone. User. Manual. You didn't give us a phone model or even a brand. So how in the world are we supposed to know how to set a ringtone for a specific phone number?
