I picked up one of these about a month ago and for the price, around $120 outright, seems like a decent phone. a bit slow and didn't come with headset and had to purchase a sd card to increase storage from stock so I could load some of my music in it. for an entry level smartphone it gets the job done. when I get my tax refund next year maybe I'll look into something a faster and has more than one core.

TMobile is about to have a couple of decent Android devices under $200. The Alcatel Fierce should be about $150 and has a quad-core 1.2ghz chip (probably an MediaTek A7 based chip) with 1GB of RAM and a 960x640 4.5" screen, with a 5MP camera w/flash and what's described as a "near stock" build of JB 4.2.

Not that it will blow the doors off a SGS3 or anything, but $150 out the door new is a pretty decent price.

Can't wait to see the Lumia 525 though. I still think the 520 is THE best device you can get for under $150 new unless you're just absolutely married to the Android ecosystem.
