We just switched from 1000 minutes family plan to 2000 minutes. And i heard that you can get the newest free phones after you switch.

I checked their website and the good free phones are after a "web only rebate"

How instant is this rebate?

Whats the procedure?

If your contract is up I would call CS and talk to retentions and see what they can do for you. Generally the longer you've been a customer, the sweeter the deal.

Ok we've been with T-Mobile for over 3 years.

I tried to call today but its Thanksgiving so nobody's at customer service.

We switched to 2000 minutes last week or so.



Anyone here every purchased a phone with the "web rebate"?
