t-mobile in SoCal??

Ns1

No Lifer
I used cingular about 5 years ago, switched to verizon and have been with for the past 2.5 years. I pay about 80/month right now, for approx 450 anytime NATIONAL minutes + nights/weekends/blah.

Looking at tmobile for new service, mainly to pair up with a blackberry. Verizon wants an arm + leg + firstborn for comparable service, but due to my previous experiences with Cingular/TMobile I'm kind of sketchy about switching over.

Anybody have any comments?

What I need:
Minutes that I can use to call ANY US area code
txt messaging/aim is nice
DEFINATELY need web access
Needs a very good calendar software
Word is a plus

I use Cingular and have a lot of friends with T-mobile and service is generally very good - but I only use voice.

I use Tmobile in the 949 area code and it works fine. Their customer service is the best and NO billing errors

im on the family plan, 1000 anytime minutes and night and weekends free, 2 phones, $69.99 a month

Tmobile is AWESOME

it's like 59.99 for 450 anytime national minutes + fees/txt message plans etc

Anybody have any feedback on the smartphone part?

I'm down in SoCal for he summer and my service has been great down here. LA, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, San Diego, etc.. Everywhere I've been I've had great signal. Except for my appartment 😕
