T-Mobile Dash Internet connectivity problem

I have the T-Mobile Dash and the $19.99 Internet plan.

I cannot open up IE and start browsing.

I would use WiFi but it doesn't pick up WiFi hotspots very well.

Do I have to configure something in order for it to work properly?

All I want to do is be able to open up IE wherever I have signal and get online and start browsing --- is this even possible with a T-Mobile Dash?

I can go through T-Zones but this is annoying and tedious. Also, the search results I get while searching with T-Zones is not really relevant to my actual search.

Check with tmobile and make sure youre set up for internet not WAP, and your TCP settings are correct. My coworker had the same issue. May or may not be related, but his stuff wasnt aset up right.

I got it. As soon as I put in a DNS server address I was able to get online lol.
