T-birds with FIC AZ11...are there problems with this combo?

Seems I remember hearing/reading a rumour that the AZ11 had problems with T-birds. I'm selling a Duron system with this board and would like to assure that the upgrade path includes a faster T-bird.

I think I have ver 1.2 of this board. I'm not sure how many version there were or what the differences are. Judging by the lack of posts pertaining to the AZ11 I'm guessing it wasn't very popular. Any tips would be appreciated.
 
I have come to love this motherboard actually. Extremely stable once you get all of your components working properly. I had bad RAM.. so I went with CAS 2 PC133 from crucial
