I have a 700 mhz tbird running at 850 right now with 1.85 voltage. Temp at idle for 850 is 33c, so i dont think heat is a problem. I have an epox 8kta2 mobo. At 900 mhz, windows will start to load but will stop and restart. Any suggestions, the L1's and L7's look pretty well filled in with a normal pencil, redone three times, wont go any higher. Anyone know of anything else i can do?? Thanks in advance.

If you cannot make it at 900 with 1.85V, I'm afraid you'll be max at 850 unless you can try 1.9V

yeah you've probably hit the max. not much of a difference in 50 mhz when you've got 850 though )

ok here is the trick find out you have heating problem or you cpu is max out. stry turn off you pc and set it volted max and multiplies 9x than wait untill it totally cool down it use to take 20 mimute. (open two side panel also) afther the chip total cool down and try to boot it up again if it run and you see the window logo or what ever. so that mean you have heating problem not your cpu is max out k. try it. i hope this imformation helping you a litte bit
