i like the epox 8k7a (great board with tons of overclocking features)
if you wont be overclocking, and if you have a good power supply then the k7s5a that was mentioned in the post above mine is a good choice

just remember so many people have problems with the k7s5a if they dont have high quality 300w or better power supplies (lower quality 300w could very likely have big time problems)
