T-bird/Geforce openGL runs slooooow!

I have a system consisting of a T-bird 750 blue core overclocked to 1000, a Micorstar K7T Pro 2A mobo, and an Asus V6800 Geforce DDR. Everything runs fine except anything that uses openGL. OpenGL runs very slow, Wintune shows it to be 12% of the reference system. And Quake 2 timedemo 1 @ 1024x768x16 shows 74 fps. I've tried an Asus A7V mobo with the same results. I'm running AGP 4X with no problems and everything else runs very good, Direct 3D is fast. I can't seem to find the problem with openGL. Nothing crashes in openGL, it just runs slow. 3D Mark 2000 shows 5200 3D Marks on the default benchmark.
Any ideas? Are the openGL benchmarks at Wintune and Quake 2 not valid for Athlon systems?
